If when it's loaded the tongue weight will be over 400 lbs your current system will be fine. I would assume that most likely that will be the case. In order to get the correct replacement keys for your trailer you'll need to know what the key number is and who the manufacturer is for the locks. For example, the Replacement Key # BA24RR that you were looking at is for a Bauer RV Lock with the code 715.

I do have a solution, but unfortunately none of the replacement arms will fit the Carefree awning you have now with the 87JVAP awning arms. From what I have found, the 87JVAP is a 78" arm so you can use the Solera XL Power Awning Support Arms for RVs - 78" Long - Black # LC362243 for replacement arms.
